Yield: 1 1/2 Quarts
Source: Family Recipe
10 Roma Tomatoes
1 Green Pepper
1 Small Red Onion
2-4 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 bunch of cilantro
To Taste Cumin, Salt, Pepper
1. Wash all of your vegetables
2. Dice all vegetables and herbs
Pro Tip: Depending on how spicy you want your salsa to be, leave in or take out as much of the seeds in your Jalepeno as you want. The seeds hold all the heat!
3. Place all ingredients into your food processor, if you don't have a food processor then you can chop up for vegetables as small or big as you want! The world is your salsa! .... or oyster... :)
4. As far as spices go, start off with small amounts, you can always add more, but you can't really go back
After you've finished, pick out your favorite chips of choice, I like Corn Chips personally, and go to town on your super refreshing, homemade salsa!
