These Kefta inspired burgers will knock your socks right off. They have just the right amount herb to spice ratio and make the perfect quick unique addition to your next grill out!
Beef Kefta Burgers

Cooking Spray (I usually use coconut oil cooking spray)
1 lb. ground sirloin
1/4 cup chopped, fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped, fresh cilantro
1 T chopped, peeled, fresh ginger
2 t ground coriander
1 t ground cumin
1/2 t salt
1/2 t ground cinnamon
Your choice of bun (I usually eat them bunless to cut down on my grains, but feel free to use whatever your favorite bun is!)
1. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine beef, parsley, cilantro, ginger, coriander, cumin, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping them into a 1/2-inch thick patty.
3. Add patties to pan and cook desired degree of doneness.*
*Degrees of doneness according to the Certified Angus Beef Brand
-Rare 125 F or 52 C
-Medium Rare 135 F or 57 C
-Medium 145 F or 63 C
-Medium Well 150 F or 66 C
-Well Done 160 F or 71 C
