Last week I let you in on some of my all time favorite Fall Favorites and now I'm going to go a little more in depth as well as share the ACTUAL recipes I use!
My mom makes a mean chili, so I've been blessed with her recipe! My mom usually makes a white chicken chili. The difference between regular chili and white chili is how many pumpkin spice lattes it has in it! Okay, just kidding! The real difference is that white chili contains chicken broth and great northern beans instead of the traditional tomato juice and kidney beans. You can find the full recipe here!
2. Mashed Potatoes
Mashed potatoes are one of my favorite foods! I also just so happen to be the designated Mashed Potato maker in my house. So I think the secret to really good mashed potatoes is 1) whipping them in a mixer after the potatoes are soft 2) using heavy cream in place of milk and 3) adding in some herbs to the mix. Choose even one of these to change about your current mashed potatoes and you'll never go back. Check out my full recipe here!
3. Warm Bread
Since both my mom and dad are gluten free, most times we try to eat gluten free along with them. So we make gluten free bread for dinner most meals. We use Pamela's Bread mix and then make the Italian version! It's really good for gluten free bread and even people who don't eat gluten free enjoy it! You can see the full recipe here!
I hope you guys enjoyed this post and will try out some of the recipes! Comment down below what I should post about next!
